Thank you for the introduction. It just so happened that an hour after your email, our line went down due to a bent jack shaft, that no doubt bent due to a worn bearing. As usual, your parts department was quick and shipped a replacement shaft and bearing. We received it at 8:00 a.m. this morning and were back to running the line at 9:00 a.m. Amazon is not close to the service your company provides.
