Legal Assistant


Job Description
• Manage a complex calendar of both domestic and international deadlines
• Review customer contracts and assist with negotiation process
• Coordinate with purchasing as necessary for review of vendor contracts
• Work with customers on Contractor Safety Agreements
• Perform research as necessary
• Write emails, letters, and articles as required
• Miscellaneous duties as required

Qualifications
• Associates Degree or 3 years of experience in a similar environment, open to new graduates
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Excellent planning, organizational and written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Positive, detail oriented personality
