Job Description
• Create and maintain safety plans while ensuring they are followed daily
• Organize and record monthly safety meetings and follow-up with suggestions
• Continuously improve plant and personnel safety practices
• Perform annual OSHA Safety Evaluations and Respirator Training
• Coordinate with Fire Department and Insurance company for evaluations and tours
• Maintain and organize safety documentation
Qualifications
• Degree preferred or 2+ years of experience in a relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA and relevant safety guidelines
• Excellent people and problem-solving skills
• Positive, team focused attitude
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
