Accounting Manager

Job Description
• Manage receivables, payables, payrolls, budgets, and general ledger postings
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting documents and records
• Oversee some general accounting tasks
• Work with accounting staff and complete some accounting functions related to month/year closing process, etc.
• Review general ledger account reconciliations for completeness and accuracy
• Research and evaluate customers’ creditworthiness and monitor payments
• Manage multiple bank accounts, verify funds transfers, and reconcile monthly statements
• Monitor, analyze, and forecast financial data
• Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Prepare financial statements and make recommendations to management
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws
• Constantly update job knowledge

• Bachelor’s Accounting Degree preferred or 4 years of experience in a similar environment, open to new graduates
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel
• Excellent planning, organizational, as well as written and verbal communications skills
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Positive, detail-orientated personality
